My Recovery Wheel Program

My Recovery Wheel is a short online course delivered across 10 sessions designed to support program participants create and deploy a personalised recovery model that they can wheel into action at any time.

Evidence informed, flexible and designed for long-term change, participants will engage in sessions designed to build their confidence in areas including social connection, self-exploration, reflection and mapping to help them maintain agency over their own model of recovery long-term.

This course is a program based on psychosocial and peer support models, encouraging peer support through the sharing of vulnerabilities.

This course is also available to individuals on a Zoom platform with one-on-one sessions with Jules.
