Testimonials

The feedback from the staff has been overwhelming positive so again I appreciate the time you invested in travelling to Ballarat sharing your key insights into mental health. This is a very topical and important issue at present and I know the teaching staff gained a great deal from your workshops which is the ultimate aim of PD.

“Best presentation I have been to with mental health.”

“Jules was an excellent facilitator, she was engaging and her use of humour was refreshing, especially in an online learning context. Jules was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about the topic and at the end of the session I was left with some really interesting information and ideas to reflect upon.

“Well presented to a large audience.”

Feedback from Queensland TAFE PD week

I enrolled in the accredited course Mental Health First Aid Australia through genU Training (formerly Karingal Training). I believed the course would enhance my Human Resources background and experience but more importantly I wanted to gain knowledge and skills in providing initial help to employees and people who were struggling with Mental Illness.

The accredited course was facilitated by Jules Haddock who sensitively brought her own personal experiences to the course with professionalism and insightful clarity. It was one of the best courses I have attended and I strongly recommend Jules to you.

I believe every CEO, Manager and employee should at some time attend this very important two day course raising awareness of people experiencing depression, anxiety, psychotic, substance use disorders and associated crises.
